Our Kayseri Pastirma without spice coating (Çemeni Sıyrılmış Pastırma) is a variant of our Kayseri Pastırma in which the spice coating is removed. The coating of the fresh, carefully ripened Kayseri Pastirma is removed in a slow gentle process by hand by specially trained employees. This preserves the popular savory-spicy aroma of the product, which is created during the elaborate production and maturation in the spice coat.
