Kayseri Pastırma in Scheiben
The well-known specialty from the city of Kayseri. For production, we use only whole, high quality, according to Halal guidelines slaughtered quality parts of beef. The meat is carefully salted, glazed with a special mixture of spices and then gently air-dried for several weeks. During the maturing process, the spice aromas permeate the meat and the unique taste of Turkish Pastırma is created.
