Kayseri Pastırma Without Spice Coating (Half Pieces)
Our Kayseri Pastirma without spice coat is also available as half pieces for the butcher counter. In this case the spice coating is removed from the Kayseri Pastırma in elaborate manual work by specially trained employees, whereby each processing step of our Halal quality Kayseri is maintained. This preserves the special flavor that is created during the elaborate production and maturation in the spice coat.
